Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing care within a rehabilitation setting. Key Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff.Supervising nursing staff, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline as needed.Assuming patient care duties when necessary and building relationships to support recovery.Monitoring staff performance and ensuring high-quality, compassionate care.Supporting team collaboration and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Current RN license and BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN certifications to be obtained within specified timeframes.Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse, with responsibilities for staff and patient outcomes.
