About the role
Provide leadership in patient care, develop and implement personalized care programs, serve as a liaison among administration, management, and staff, supervise nursing services, monitor staff performance, and build meaningful patient relationships. Ensure seamless procedures, deliver compassionate care, and foster a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification (ACLS within one year)
- CRRN certification (within one year)
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse is required
