About the role
Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead compassionate inpatient rehabilitation care.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs
- Supervising nursing staff
- Ensuring seamless procedures
- Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff, providing on-the-spot feedback, evaluations, and discipline
- Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrating their victories along the way
- Ensuring quality care delivery, monitoring staff performance, and assuming patient care as needed
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification (ACLS within one year)
- CRRN certification (within a year of eligibility)
- Recent inpatient hospital experience
- Leadership experience, such as charge nurse roles (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
