Nurse Staff, Emergency Care Center, Resource Pool, Night Shift

About the Role

Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation, and Evaluation), provides and documents professional nursing care to patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH, ECC, and Nursing Policies, Procedures, & Protocols and Standards of Care. Serves as a resource person for other SRH/nursing personnel to resolve work-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s).
• Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Department Director, Manager, ECC Supervisor, or Lead/Charge Nurse.

Qualifications

• Associate of Nursing Degree required.
• Complete initial competencies as defined (De-Escalation course, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, NIMS 100 & 700, NIH Stroke certification) all within 12 months of hire.
