About the Role
Position at the Cardiovascular Rapid Care Center at Highland Park Hospital. Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of Illinois
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider
- 3 years of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting
Responsibilities
- Function as a subject expert and/or program coordinator in providing nursing care to infants, children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Provide nursing assessment of patient condition and evaluation of follow-up needs
- Coordinate patient plan of care
- Provide health education for patient and family
- Collaborate on planning/problem-solving solutions with health team members
- Clinical management of patients as directed by the physician
