Position: Nurse Specialist Location: Cardiovascular Rapid Care Center at Highland Park Hospital Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM Requirements Current professional Nursing Licensure in IllinoisBSN degreeBLS/CPR certification for Healthcare ProvidersMinimum of 3 years nursing experience in a clinical setting Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject expert and program coordinator for nursing care across age groupsAssess patient conditions and determine follow-up needsCoordinate patient care plans and provide health education to patients and familiesCollaborate with healthcare team members on planning and problem-solvingManage clinical aspects of patient care as directed by physicians Qualifications & Skills Strong clinical assessment and patient management skillsAbility to collaborate effectively within a healthcare teamExcellent communication and health education capabilities
