Job Summary and Responsibilities
Your primary role is to oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients. You will advocate for your fellow nurses while supporting them in achieving their full potential, all while aligning with departmental goals and objectives.
- Supervise nursing staff assigned to a particular shift.
- Assign patients to available nursing staff based on patient condition and employee skill level.
- Assess, monitor, and educate nursing staff on patient care.
- Institute emergency procedures as necessary.
- Anticipate and respond proactively to staffing needs.
- Oversee stocking of supplies and updating patient records to prepare the nursing floor for subsequent shifts.
Job Requirements
- Associates of Science in Nursing
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a registered nurse
- Registered Nurse: Current certification in CABLS from the American Heart Association (AHA) and ACLS from the American Heart Association (AHA)

$80.07 - $107.23 /hour
