Nurse RN or LPN - Monroe

Position Summary

Children's Home is seeking a passionate and patient Registered Nurse or LPN to support the health and safety of children and staff in their programs. The ideal candidate will comply with internal and external agency regulations regarding health care.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medication to children as ordered.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner meeting all standards of content and professional presentation.
• Provide preventive health care for disease and injury to the children in the agency programs by facilitating necessary nursing, medical, dental, and related care.
• Ensure that Agency standards of practice, as well as, State, Federal, and Accreditation standards are fully met.

Requirements

• Education: Licensed in New York State and graduate of an accredited RN OR LPN Program required.
• Experience: Pediatric, School, and/or Psychiatric experience preferred.
• Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment required.
