Nurse (RN) – Night Shift – Long-Term Assignment

Join a healthcare system as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) supporting 11 hospitals across Missouri and Illinois by providing high-quality, patient-centered emergency care. In this role, you will be assigned to a single hospital for extended periods, fostering familiarity with the team and workflows, while maintaining system-wide exposure. Responsibilities include utilizing medical-surgical nursing standards, developing and implementing individualized care plans, advocating for patients, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You will lead and mentor colleagues, apply evidence-based practices, and ensure culturally sensitive, holistic patient care. Strong adaptability, excellent communication, and a minimum of 2 years ED experience (preferably trauma and float experience) are required, along with an active RN license in Missouri and ability to obtain Illinois licensure. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
