Nurse (RN) – Night Shift – Long-Term Assignment

Role Overview

Join the Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float ED RN supporting multiple hospitals across Missouri and Illinois. This Long-Term Assignment allows for focused, consistent care at a single hospital while gaining system-wide experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct emergency department patient care based on nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and advocate for patients
• Apply evidence-based practices and promote continuous improvement
• Educate patients and families to promote health and comfort
• Support a safe, respectful, and collaborative work environment

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years ED RN experience, with trauma and float experience preferred
• Current Missouri RN license, ability to obtain Illinois license
• Strong adaptability, communication, and teamwork skills

Educational Requirements

• ADN, BSN, or MSN
