About the Role

This position involves providing home health care to adult and pediatric clients, including advanced procedures such as tracheostomy care and ventilation management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one patient care across flexible shifts (morning, evening, overnight).
• Administer skilled nursing services tailored to clients' needs.
• Utilize electronic charting systems and follow clinical protocols.
• Participate in paid training programs to enhance clinical skills and confidence.
• Provide preventive care and support to promote patient well-being.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Willingness to undergo paid training, including simulation labs and online modules.
• Strong communication and clinical support skills.
