Nurse Resident - Labor & Birth / Night Shift

Join a high-energy Obstetrics and Mother Baby unit in a full-time night shift role, working 36 hours per week. This position involves caring for patients across various departments, including Labor & Birth, Antepartum, and OB Emergency, with flexibility to float based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities Include Providing comprehensive maternal and neonatal care in a fast-paced environmentMaintaining competencies across multiple obstetric departmentsCollaborating with Lactation Consultants and multidisciplinary teamsCirculating cases in OR suites and supporting patient recovery Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing programCurrent RN licensure in the state or within a compact licensePhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movementsBasic Life Support certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire) Why join us?
