Nurse Resident - Graduate LPN (PT, Nights)

About the role

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision or the direction of a licensed RN, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a cardiac progressive care setting.
• Coordinate care with other departments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, with responsibility for maintaining licensure.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required for patient care.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Experience preferred but not mandatory.
