Position Description

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health May Grant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with women’s health experience to join their hospital-affiliated OB-GYN practice.

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered obstetrics and gynecological care.
  • Treat patients from adolescence to post-menopausal.
  • Play a key role in expanding specialized midlife and menopause care.
  • Enjoy the autonomy of a private office setting, backed by robust network resources, specialized referral pathways, and top-tier clinical support.

Hours

Full-time, 1.0 FTE. Option to work 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days, starting as early as 6:30am and ending by 5pm. No evenings, holidays, or weekends. No on-call responsibility.

Position Requirements

  • Valid Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania.
  • Certification by ANCC or other qualifying agency in area of specialty required.
  • Women’s Health Nurse preferred.
  • FNP who sub-specialized in Women’s Health, either through additional training or fellowships, will be considered.
  • Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse.
