About the role
Join a comprehensive training program designed for Nurse Practitioners in Urgent Care, offering full-time shifts with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a three-month shadowing and mentoring program, including clinical, didactic, and simulation training.
- Conduct medical procedures such as sutures, I&D, and women's health.
- Provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
- Contribute to weekend and late shifts as part of flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
- Experience in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or Urgent Care.
- National NP Certification, BLS, and ACLS required.
- Ability to thrive in a patient-focused setting.
- Willingness to participate in all aspects of training and flexible shifts.
