Role and responsibilities

• Provide acute care services to underserved and uninsured populations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in health programs and community-based initiatives
• Complete administrative tasks and charting within clinic systems
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
• Preserve accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide patient education and promote preventive health strategies
