- Provide acute care services to underserved and uninsured populations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in health programs and community-based initiatives
- Complete administrative tasks and charting within clinic systems
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide patient education and promote preventive health strategies

- Experience level: 1 - 3 years
- Language: Spanish
- License: AGACNP, FNP
- Preferred credentials: California
- License: APRN
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- License: Current RN license
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of acute care experience
