Nurse Practitioner Specialty Care -Cardiology (Dual Posting with Physician Assistant Specialty Care – Cardiology Job ID 59273)
Join our expanding team and provide exceptional medical care primarily in our cardiology clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Independently provide professional medical support for Cardiovascular Medicine services.
- Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to promote team-based patient care.
- Educate patients and set treatment plans, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
- Act as a resource for patients, families, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and demonstrate autonomy in the diagnosis and treatment of health problems.
- Order/perform diagnostic procedures as needed.
- Develop discharge plans and coordinate with care management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing degree.
- Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
- Must be granted a “Document of Recognition” from the Missouri Board of Nursing.
Pay
Salary Range: $90,251 - $147,284.80 annually
