Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with daily patient needs including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss patient care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
