The provider will manage patient care including exams, procedures, and services such as school and sports physicals, chronic disease management, and more. Compliance with standards of care and timely consultations or referrals are essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care including exams, procedures, and services such as school and sports physicals, chronic disease management, and more.
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Request timely consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources as indicated.
- Provide quality care for specific acute concerns through the MyChart telehealth program.
- Exhibit passion about health issues and demonstrate comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Oregon.
- Valid controlled substance registration with Oregon Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
- A strong medical background and a desire to provide care to a growing multi-specialty medical group.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will commit to patient care while demonstrating and modeling Saint Alphonsus Health System's Mission, Vision, and Values. They must be willing to obtain an Idaho medical license to strengthen the Health System's general internal program.
Skills
Experience with EPIC* electronic health record (HER) is desirable.

Schedule
Traditional clinic work week, Monday through Friday; 36 hours of scheduled patient contact time.
