Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Family Medicine)

About the role

This full-time position involves providing primary care within a community health setting in Trenton, NJ. The role requires managing a patient panel, working collaboratively in a team-based model, and utilizing electronic medical records for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule includes weekdays and a half-day Saturday rotation every six weeks

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing or completion of an accredited PA program
• Active NJ NP or PA license
• Current CDS and DEA registration
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Experience in community health or outpatient primary care preferred
• Spanish Bilingual Skills Preferred
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and team communication

Qualifications

• NP board certification (AANP or ANCC) or NCCPA certification for PAs
• Experience With Medicaid, Medicare, And MCO Credentialing
• Preferrable comfort managing adult and pediatric panels
• Experience in basic women's health and chronic disease management

$120,000 - $165,000 Per Year
