Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering patient-centered care, conducting medical history reviews, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Leading clinic staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and maintaining patient satisfaction.
• Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and educating patients.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and participating in team meetings.
• Supporting new employee training and fostering a positive, respectful work environment.
• Engaging with virtual communication channels and managing a patient caseload efficiently.

Qualifications And Skills

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS), with active licenses and DEA registration.
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred, including urgent care, ER, or family practice.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong communication skills, team leadership, and commitment to quality care.
• Additional certifications such as DOT may be required within 120 days of employment.
