About the role
The position involves direct management of patients, conducting exams, procedures, and services such as school and sports physicals, chronic disease management, and ensuring compliance with standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care including exams, procedures, and services.
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice.
- Request timely consultation or referral with appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources.
- Provide care through an innovative telehealth program called MyChart.
- Exhibit passion for health issues and demonstrate comprehensive assessment and clinical skills.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Oregon.
- Valid controlled substance registration with Oregon Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
- A strong medical background and a desire to provide care to a growing multi-specialty medical group.
