About the role

Dreem Health is America's leading digital sleep clinic, powered by Sunrise's technology. We offer home-based testing, expert telehealth visits, and personalized treatment plans to help more people get the sleep care they need.

Responsibilities

  • Screen, diagnose, and treat patients with sleep issues
  • Document patient interactions using our customized EHR
  • Apply appropriate billing procedures
  • Participate in quality control and improvement activities
  • Return patient messages and calls in a timely manner
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Keep current with and follow AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine (for candidates starting within one month)
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
  • A CA AND PA APRN License (one or more additional state licenses are a plus)
  • Active CA Furnishing license AND PA prescriptive authority for non-controlled substances/devices
  • Full-time employment commitment (minimum 36 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday)

Qualifications

This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs, excellent communication skills, proactive and innovative thinking, critical thinking skills, and prioritization skills. The ideal candidate should also be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and environments.

Skills

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sleep medicine and excellent communication skills. They should also be familiar with AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols.

Pay

$130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time employment commitment (minimum 36 hours per week, 5 days per week, Monday through Friday).
