Nurse Practitioner, Partial Hospital Program (Norwood) Float Provider (JR221543)

About the role

The role is available for float providers who can work across multiple locations within the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients in partial hospitalization program settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as necessary.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification preferred.
• Experience in partial hospitalization programs or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Completion of an accredited APRN program.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems.
