About the role
The role is available for float coverage across multiple locations within the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. The position will provide advanced practice nursing care to children and adolescents with psychiatric disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient response
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Ohio
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification in Pediatric Psychiatry
- Experience in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
