About the role
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to outpatient patients. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing medication management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Ohio
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on psychiatric-mental health nursing
- ACNP certification preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
