About the role
MaineHealth Cardiology is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate/Assistant (PA) to join their team in Waterville, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat diseases of the heart and circulatory system
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in the coordination of care within the MaineHealth system
- Utilize fully integrated Epic EMR for patient management
Requirements
- Successful completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Two years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred but not required
- Current license issued by the State of Maine or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS certification
