Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urgent Care Team Lead- Avon/Brownsburg/Indianapolis Clinics
About the role
This position includes both clinical and leadership responsibilities supporting the Avon, Brownsburg, and Downtown Indianapolis Urgent Care Clinics.
Responsibilities
- Full-time, 36 hours per week (3 shifts of 12-hour shifts)
- 0.8 FTE Clinical
- 0.1 FTE Admin
- 0.1 Team Lead Protected Time
- Rotating weekends
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM weekdays, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM weekends
- No call
- 100% outpatient care for ages 3 months and up
- Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, incision and drainage (I&D), EKGs, occupational medicine including workers’ compensation, DOT physicals, and sports physicals
Requirements
- FNP or PA certification required
- At least 1 year of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine experience as an APP required
- Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
