Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urgent Care - Per Diem (Avon & Brownsburg Clinics)

PRN opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in our Avon and Brownsburg, IN Urgent Care clinics. 3 shifts per month, 100% outpatient, serving patients ages 3 months and up.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury and illness care
• Perform laceration repairs and incision & drainage (I&D)
• Conduct occupational medicine visits, including work comp and DOT physicals
• Perform sports physicals
• Administer EKGs and suturing

Requirements

• FNP or PA certification required
• Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
• At least 6 months of experience in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine
