About the Role
Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position within our Urgent Care team at the Avon and Broad Ripple Clinics.
- 36 hours / 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
- Rotating weekends
- Clinic hours: 8am–8pm Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Saturday & Sunday
- No call required
- 100% outpatient setting
- Patient ages: 3 months and up
Services offered include injury and illness care, laceration repair, incision & drainage, EKGs, occupational medicine (workers’ compensation, DOT physicals, sports physicals).
Qualifications
- FNP or PA certification required
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine
- Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
