About the role

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to manage a diverse patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care in-office, via testing centers, and occasionally through telehealth. Responsibilities include conducting in-office procedures, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams, and participating in ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds and other methods.

Requirements

• State licensure in California
• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care

Pay

Competitive salary range: $164,700 - $196,875

Schedule

Position is based in San Francisco, CA, at our Transbay Center office.
