About the role

Seeking a full-time primary care provider responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits. Duties include treating patients in-office, testing centers, and conducting telehealth consultations. The role emphasizes continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and collaboration with in-person and virtual teams. Clinicians will utilize their training to perform in-office procedures and may pursue additional state licensure for virtual care in other states.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel including acute, chronic, and wellness visits
• Provide care in-office, at testing centers, and via telehealth consultations
• Participate in Clinical Rounds for continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual care teams
• Perform in-office procedures using clinical training
• Pursue additional state licensure for virtual care in other states as applicable

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• State license in California at start date
• At least 2 years outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year plus additional fellowship or urgent care experience within the past 5 years)
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus
