About the Role
The provider manages a diverse patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and preventive primary care through in-office, telehealth, and testing center visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and treatments in various settings.
- Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles and meetings.
- Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures and manage a broad spectrum of patient needs.
- Maintain ongoing learning through weekly clinical rounds and other educational modalities.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
- At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience in the past 5 years).
- State licensure in Massachusetts.
