About the Role

The provider manages a diverse patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and preventive primary care through in-office, telehealth, and testing center visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and treatments in various settings.
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams via daily huddles and meetings.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures and manage a broad spectrum of patient needs.
• Maintain ongoing learning through weekly clinical rounds and other educational modalities.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care in other states.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification.
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care experience in the past 5 years).
• State licensure in Massachusetts.
