About the role

Seeking a full-time primary care provider responsible for managing a diverse patient panel, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits. The role involves delivering in-office, testing center, and telehealth care, utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures. Collaboration with in-person and virtual teams is essential, along with ongoing professional development through weekly clinical rounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad patient population with diverse healthcare needs
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits
• Engage in continuous learning and team collaboration
• Perform in-office procedures and obtain additional state licensure if needed

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• State licensure in California
• 2+ years outpatient primary care experience or 1+ year plus a fellowship or urgent care experience in the past five years
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus
• Strong communication skills, proficiency with healthcare technology, clinical expertise in evidence-based care, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset
