Position Requirements

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: Nurse Practitioner must hold a current, valid, and unlimited license as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Georgia.
• Training: Competently and adequately trained to provide services.
• Exclusion: Not excluded from participation in any federally-funded health care program, including Medicare or Medicaid.
• Insurance: Insurable for and maintain professional liability insurance at rates reasonably equivalent to other Nurse Practitioner employees of the hospital.

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing school.

Experience

• Minimum of two years experience as a Registered Nurse.
