Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Gastroenterology Clinic - Worcester, MA
Position Highlights

Specialized Focus – Develop a clinical practice centered on General GI plus area of specific interest, not the full breadth of GI, giving you a manageable patient panel.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 8 clinical sessions + 2 administrative sessions weeklyNo call, no weekends, no holidays, no nights
Admin sessions are remote-capable and scheduled based on clinic needs
Patient Population: Adult patients with general GI and IBD-related concerns
Patient Volume: After ramp-up, ~16 patients booked/day (expected to see 12 or 13 per day)
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- NP or PA certification
- Massachusetts NP or PA license
- Prior experience in Gastroenterology or ambulatory care setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
- 2 years of APP experience
