Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Full-Time

About the role

An experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is sought to join a ConvenientCare team, diagnosing and treating common illnesses such as sore throats, earaches, sinus infections, flu, and urinary tract infections. Responsibilities include providing routine health exams, immunizations, screenings, and wellness services.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat common medical conditions autonomously
• Perform health exams, immunizations, and screenings
• Work with limited administrative burdens and collaborate with physicians as needed
• Utilize resources and specialists within a broad healthcare network
• Maintain comfort in scrubs and follow a schedule with rotating shifts and weekends off

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of advanced practitioner experience in primary care, emergency medicine, urgent care, or critical care
• Current certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania
• Completion of an approved PA program and NCCPA certification for PAs

Skills

• Strong autonomous practice and patient treatment skills from age one and older
