Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Full-Time

Role Summary: An experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is sought to join an urgent care team, providing diagnosis and treatment for common medical conditions such as sore throats, earaches, sinus infections, flu, and urinary tract infections, along with routine exams, immunizations, and screenings. Key Responsibilities: Work autonomously with limited administrative tasks, access a broad network of resources and specialists, and work in a comfortable attire. The role includes working approximately 14 rotating shifts per month, with weekends off every other week, no overnight shifts, and minimal call responsibilities. Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Nursing or be a graduate of an ARC-PA approved physician assistant program, with current NCCPA certification or eligibility, and Pennsylvania licensure. For Nurse Practitioners, eligibility for PA licensure and certification is required. Minimum of six months experience in primary care, emergency medicine, urgent care, or critical care is necessary due to the autonomous nature of the role.
