About the role

Providence Medical Group is seeking a full‑time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team in Santa Rosa, California. The position is team‑oriented and focused on caring for the poor and vulnerable, with primary responsibility for geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care primarily to geriatric patients.
• Work within a team‑oriented practice dedicated to serving the poor and vulnerable.
• Participate in administrative time as part of the Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California.
• Specialty training or certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Pay

The base pay range is $170,612–$217,790 per year. Additional compensation may be available, including productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other applicable cash compensation.

Schedule

Monday‑to‑Friday outpatient schedule with administrative time; a weekday schedule that supports a healthy work‑life balance.
