Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
About the role
The role involves managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or in testing centers, and occasionally conducting telehealth visits. Continuous learning occurs through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities. Collaboration with in-office teammates is done via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams. Opportunities exist to perform in-office procedures and to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities for continuous learning
- Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
- Utilize specific clinical training and perform in-office procedures
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Requirements
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
- 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CT, obtained by your One Medical start date

Pay
The base salary range for this role is $144,900 to $173,300 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
