About the role
Supporting Medicare Advantage patients through annual wellness visits at community centers.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing EMR systems like EPIC
- Practicing at your license's full extent
- Serving up to 10 patients daily
- Supporting community health initiatives
Requirements
- American Board of Physician Specialties (ABPS) Certification
- Arizona State License or ability to obtain one
- National Certification
- DEA Registration
- BLS Certification
- At least 3 years of primary care experience
Qualifications
- Experience with Value Based Care
- Experience with HEDIS, CAHPS, and HCC coding
- Experience with Medicare wellness visits
