About the role
SSM Health is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join a team of 3 pediatricians at our Freeport, IL office. For inquiries, contact annemarie.konz@ssmhealth.com.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to pediatric patients in a state-of-the-art multispecialty outpatient clinic
- Collaborate with pediatricians and dedicated medical assistants
- Utilize onsite imaging and lab services
Requirements
- Graduate of a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
- Family or Pediatric certification required
- Current APRN licensure in Illinois
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- No nights, weekends, or holidays

$104,811.00 – $157,227.00 per year
