Full‑time position; 40 hours per week. Shifts include 24‑hour shifts and 12‑hour shifts (6:30 AM‑6:30 PM).
We must ensure no duplicate content. We included location and scheduled hours in p's before sections. Could also incorporate location into About the role but it's fine. Check for any boilerplate leftover: We removed EEO, accommodation, pre-employment screening, questions, etc. Good. Check for any repeated lines: We have "Position Summary" repeated? We used it in About the role paragraph. That's okay. Check for any invented content: none. Check for any missing substantive info: We included community description, duties, working conditions, education, required qualifications, preferred qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. Also we included "Scheduled Hours 40" as part of schedule. We didn't include "Job Location/Working Conditions Normal office environment..." we incorporated into Working Conditions paragraph. We didn't include "The above statements are intended to describe the general nature..." that's boilerplate; we omitted. We didn't include "Management reserves the right to revise or amend duties at any time." That's boilerplate; omitted. We didn't include "Work Experience: No specific work experience is required for this position." That's substantive? It says no specific work experience required. Could be included under Requirements maybe. But we omitted. Should we include? It's substantive info about experience. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that. Where? Could add a line under Requirements: "Work Experience: No specific work experience is required for this position." Also "Driver's License: A driver's license is not required for this position." That's also substantive. Also "Skills: Not Applicable" earlier but later they list skills. The "Skills: Not Applicable" is contradictory but later they list skills under Preferred Qualifications? Actually there is a "Skills: Not Applicable" under Work Experience? Let's review original: After Work Experience: "No specific work experience is required for this position." Then "Skills: Not Applicable". Then "Driver's License: A driver's license is not required for this position." Then "Required Qualifications: More About This Job ..." Then later "Skills: Clinical Decision Making, ..." So there is a contradictory "Skills: Not Applicable" earlier but later they list skills. The "Skills: Not Applicable" is likely a placeholder; we should not include filler like "Not Applicable". So we omit that line. But we should include "No specific work experience is required" and "Driver's license is not required". Those are substantive. Add them under Requirements maybe as separate bullet points. Also there is "Education: Preferred Qualifications No additional education unless stated elsewhere in the job posting." That's filler; we omit. "Certifications/Professional Licenses: No additional certification/professional licenses unless stated elsewhere in the job posting." filler; omit. "Work Experience: No additional work experience unless stated elsewhere in the job posting." filler; omit. "Skills: Clinical Decision Making, ..." we already have. Thus add: Under Requirements maybe a sub-list: "Work Experience: No specific work experience is required for this position." and "Driver's License: A driver's license is not required for this position." We'll incorporate. Also there is "Grade S31 Salary Range $97,000.00 - $174,600.00 / Annually" we have. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info like "Position Summary" we have. Check for any other specifics: "Provides advanced clinical care to premature, critically ill and medically complex newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and affiliated newborn care settings." covered. "Works collaboratively with neonatologists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver evidence-based neonatal care." covered. "Springfield, Missouri And Surrounding Communities: This role offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive healthcare community while enjoying the quality of life found in southwest Missouri." we included community description. "Springfield, and the nearby communities of Nixa, Ozark, Republic and Branson offer a welcoming community, excellent schools, affordable living, and easy access to outdoor recreations, entertainment and family-friendly activities. Enjoy nearby lakes, hiking trails, vibrant local dining, and weekend getaways
