This position is perfect for those passionate about improving patient outcomes and working within an interdisciplinary team. Location: In-person at Medical Practice in Livonia and Flint. Schedule: Flexible options, full-time and part-time positions available. Culture: Detail-oriented, outcome-focused, stable, people-oriented, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Board-Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicians.
• Contribute to improving patient functionality and satisfaction in activities of daily living.
• Work with medical providers, therapists, social workers, nurses, and families to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (Required) OR Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Must be licensed in MI
