About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide general care to patients of all ages with patience, care, compassion, and understanding
• Conduct tests, record medical histories, provide treatments, and assist physicians
• Prescribe medications and enhance public awareness on the importance of health
• Assist physicians with rounding and admissions
• Work under a Collaborative Practice Agreement

Schedule & Setting

• Full-time employed opportunity
• 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
• 12-hour shifts, nights
• Open ICU
• 18-20 patients per shift

Qualifications

• MSN with specialization as an ARNP
• Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• BLS upon hire and maintain current
• One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred
• Previous experience with electronic health record
• Must have 2 years' experience working in inpatient hospitalist setting
