We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. We need to parse the job description. We have: Primary Duties And Responsibilities (list of duties). Then there are sub-sections: Hoag Compass – Jamboree, Hospice, Heart Valve Clinic, Risk Adjustment (these are additional duties for specific areas). Then Qualifications Education and Experience (list). Then Additional Department Specific Requirements (list per department). Then License Required (list). Then Certifications Required (list). Then Certifications Preferred (list). Then About Us (company description). Also there is mention of "Hoag Compass – Jamboree: In addition to the above ..." etc. We need to produce sections: Responsibilities (duties). Qualifications (education/experience). Requirements (maybe license, certifications). Skills? Could include specific skills like bilingual, etc. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present in posting. So we should not include those sections. We also need About the role? Could be the introductory paragraph: "The Nurse Practitioner provides high quality advanced nursing care..." That could be About the role. Or we could put that under Responsibilities? The instruction: Use

So we can have About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (education/experience), Requirements (license, certifications, department specific), Skills (maybe bilingual, etc). But we need to avoid filler. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all duties, qualifications, license, certifications, department-specific requirements, about us. We need to decide how to structure. Potential sections: - About the role: brief summary (first paragraph maybe). - Responsibilities: list of duties (primary duties plus additional area-specific duties). - Qualifications: education and experience (Master's in Nursing or DNP required, proctoring, advanced clinical knowledge). - Requirements: license, certifications required, department-specific requirements (maybe combine). - Skills: maybe bilingual/multilingual preferred, knowledge of EMR, etc. Could be part of Requirements but we can separate.
