Full-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Let's parse. Job description includes: - Hours: 4 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (no weekends or on-call) => Schedule. - Location: Various UPMC Primary Care locations throughout Central PA (maybe not needed as heading; could be in About the role paragraph). - Position Specifics: description of role. - Position Highlights: bullet-like sentences. - What Can You Bring to UPMC? (maybe Responsibilities? Actually it's more about expectations/qualities; could be under Responsibilities or Qualifications.) - What Can UPMC Do for You? includes benefits: health and welfare benefits like medical, vision, dental, life and disability, exceptional retirement program, work life balance: PTO, wellness programs, paid parental leave, Competitive pay – base pay, merit, premium pay, Sign-on Bonus available if applicable. Thus Benefits and Pay sections exist. - Staff/Senior Level: description of role expectations; could be under Qualifications or Responsibilities. - Responsibilities: list of many bullet-like statements (starting with "Applies basic professional practice knowledge..."). - Requirements: includes licensure, education, certifications, clearances, experience, etc. - Special Skills And Abilities Required: list. Thus we have content for sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (maybe combine with Staff/Senior Level?), Skills (Special Skills And Abilities Required), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that line at end. We must not include application instructions. We must preserve all substantive info. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide what goes where. About the role: could be the introductory paragraph(s) before responsibilities: "UPMC in Central PA is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join its Primary Care team in a hybrid Float and Inboxologist role. Hours: 4 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (no weekends or on-call) Location: Various UPMC Primary Care locations throughout Central PA Position Specifics: This is a unique opportunity for an experienced APP who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact on access and care coordination across primary care practices. The successful candidate will provide short-term clinical support at multiple clinical sites providing acute care and serve as an Inboxologist, managing Epic in-basket responsibilities to help reduce the administrative burden on providers and improve continuity of care." We can combine that into a

. Then maybe a Position Highlights bullet list? Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. But we have a Responsibilities section already with many items. The Position Highlights could be considered responsibilities as well. But we already have a Responsibilities list later. To avoid duplication, we could treat Position Highlights as part of About the role (prose) or merge into Responsibilities. However the instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert Position Highlights into a list if they are duties. They are: Provide acute patient care..., Deliver same-day acute care..., Support care teams..., Collaborate..., See what being... (that's fluff). Might be better to include them in Responsibilities list. But we already have a big Responsibilities list later (starting with "Applies basic professional practice knowledge..."). That list is extensive and seems to be the official responsibilities. So we can put that as the Responsibilities section. Thus About the role can be a short paragraph summarizing role. Requirements: includes licensure, education, certifications, clearances, experience (2 years family medicine/urgent care/outpatient, Epic knowledge, flexibility, clinical judgment, communication, hospital privileges, growth and development knowledge, assess data, provide care per policy). Also Special Skills And Abilities Required list could be under Skills. Qualifications: maybe the Staff/Senior Level description (experience 3 years or post-graduate residency, etc.) could be Qualifications. Or we could treat that as Qualifications. Benefits: health and welfare benefits, work life balance, PTO, wellness programs, paid parental leave. Pay: Competitive pay – base pay, merit, premium pay, Sign-on Bonus available if applicable. Schedule: Hours: 4 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (no weekends or on-call). We must not include sections with filler like "not specified". We have actual content. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:
