Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner (ANP/FNP) - Primary Care

About the role

We are seeking a dependable Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (ANP/FNP) for outpatient primary care in Queens. The role involves providing preventive, acute, and chronic adult care, building a stable patient panel, and collaborating with physicians and women’s health teams within an integrated primary-care environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
• Manage chronic diseases and acute conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Coordinate referrals and care transitions
• Provide telehealth services
• Support preventive health initiatives
• Maintain accurate and reliable documentation

Requirements

• Active New York State RN license
• Nurse Practitioner certification in Family or Adult Health
• Current national NP certification
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• Prescriptive authority and DEA registration
• At least two years of outpatient adult-primary-care experience (preferred)

Pay

Compensation ranges from $145,000 to $170,000 annually, with potential incentives.
