Nurse Practitioner | Flexible Outpatient Workweek | $160k

We are a highly regarded private women's health clinic in Arcadia, California, seeking an experienced WHNP or FNP to practice at the intersection of gynecology, pelvic medicine, and medical aesthetics. About the role

This is a flexible opportunity—full-time, part-time, or per diem—with the ability to grow into the role over time. You'll work under MD supervision in a modern, fully electronic private practice, treating complex pelvic floor disorders, uro-gynecology cases, aesthetic treatments, and routine GYN care for patients who expect a premium, individualized experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform gynecological and pelvic floor disorder visits, well-woman exams, family planning, and pre-op and routine consults
• Conduct urodynamics and office-based aesthetic procedures
• Perform routine health assessments and preventive medicine services
• Order and review medications, labs, and imaging as clinically indicated
• Make specialist referrals as needed and follow up on all results
• Complete comprehensive and timely documentation in eClinicalWorks EMR
• Practice independently under MD supervision, knowing when to escalate or refer
• Deliver aesthetic treatments and follow-up care within scope

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California NP license (WHNP or FNP preferred)
• Active, unrestricted DEA certificate required
• Minimum 3+ years OB-GYN and women's health experience in an outpatient setting
• Comfortable practicing independently in a fast-paced private practice environment
• eClinicalWorks EMR experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable in a fully electronic clinical environment

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, or per diem — flexible and negotiable
• Five 8-hour shifts (full-time)
• Flexible schedule in an outpatient private practice setting

Pay

$130,000–$160,000/year
